|B.Com, CTA||18||Portfolio Manager||28||As a student at UCT, Rob won the national Financial Mail reader stock picking competition. He graduated with a B.Com and CTA before passing the Chartered Accountants Board Exam. Rob then worked as a portfolio manager for Momentum Life under Peter du Toit. In his last year the unit trust he managed was rated number one in its sector. Rob left to co-lead a private equity deal that involved purchasing the assets of a bankrupt company. In 2005, after growing the turnover and profits by 25% per annum for 15 years and the listing of the company as Sovereign Foods, Rob decided to sell his share of the business to institutional investors. At that stage Sovereign Foods was the most profitable company in its industry. Rob joined Wally at Rezco with the objective of establishing a consistently high performing unit trust company. He started his investment career at the resources company Gencor, and subsequently moved to the investment division of Nedbank, where he managed private client portfolios as well as pension funds, such as Phillips SA, Metal Industries Pension Fund & others. Wally became the executive director of investments at Sage Holdings where he directed the management of the Sage Unit Trust, the Sage Life Insurance portfolios, and was executive director of Union & London, the JSE listed entrepreneurial finance company at Sage. He left Sage in 1981 and started Rezco.|

He graduated from UKZN. He has been working in the financial markets for 9 years, and has a keen interest in stock picking, especially focusing on business strategy and how industries evolve through changing environments|
|B.Eng (Hons), M.Eng||2||Equity Analyst||3||Franscois studied at the University of Pretoria, earning a Bachelor’s, Honour’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his postgraduate studies, Franscois specialised in Energy Generation and Heat Transfer. Franscois’ experimental research in the field of Heat Transfer was published in multiple conference papers. Before starting at Rezco, Franscois worked as a design engineer at an environmental engineering consulting firm.|
